Cleared and proven
Dr. Cesar Caldera began in obstetrics, where he delivered over 5,000 babies - a field that leaves no room for approximation. In 2003 he completed a master's program in IPL and laser technologies and has worked with energy-based devices ever since.
He remembers the first generation of aesthetic lasers, and he has seen which platforms delivered on their promise and which did not.
FDA clearance sets the floor, not the standard. Plenty of cleared devices produce ordinary results. What reaches our treatment rooms is what Dr. Caldera has confirmed works — including on himself. Cleared, and proven.
